How to Join

NCBEMO MEMBERSHIP

All Black Elected Municipal Officials in North Carolina are encouraged to join and support this organization.

Membership is also offered to non-elected officials who want to support NCBEMO and its programs. These members are Associate Members.  They are eligible to participate in NCBEMO member activities, but are not eligible to vote. NCBEMO annual dues are $40 per year.  The dues year runs from July 1 through June 30.  Annual dues should be mailed to NCLM.  The treasurer will receive the dues from NCLM. A membership card and a NCBEMO lapel pin will be sent to the member. Dues must be paid in full before a member is eligible to vote or hold an office in this organization.
